In the Northwest Territories (NWT), Ms. Purser may appear on any matter for any length of time, as she is a member of the Law Society of the NWT. To retain any other lawyer in the NWT, they will be required to apply for a restricted appearance certificate (RAC) to obtain permission from the law society to appear on your case and further fees will apply. For matters in Kelowna, BC and Yellowknife, NWT, neither travel fees nor hotel fees will be charged, given our satellite offices in these cities.
